Landnet Ventures’ hyperscale campus in Goodyear, Arizona is quickly becoming the largest development of its kind in the region. When fully built out, the 157-acre site will support up to 280 MW of critical IT load across more than 2 million square feet of data center space. With Phoenix I now operational, the remaining six buildings are in various stages of planning and development—each offering unique configurations and flexibility to meet the demands of future hyperscale tenants.
Phoenix I, the first of seven planned facilities, delivers 40 MW across 418,200 square feet of purpose-built data center space. Phoenix II is currently under development, with additional phases scheduled to follow in the near term.
